His exellency Mr. Faisal Al-Haimas, Chairman of Iraq Securities Commission, attended the annual general meeting of Amwaj International Real Estate Investment Holding Company (P.S.C.), which was held on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the Hunting Club Hall – Al-Mansour, Baghdad.

His Excellency’s attendance reflects the Commission’s support for corporate governance, enhancing transparency in the operations of listed companies, and monitoring the conduct of general meetings in accordance with laws and regulations, thereby contributing to the development of the investment environment in the Iraqi financial market.

The meeting agenda also included discussing the listing of the company’s shares for trading on the Iraq Stock Exchange and voting on this matter by the general assembly, in line with the approved legal and regulatory requirements, which strengthens the company’s presence in the financial market and supports future growth and investment opportunities.
