Iraq outlines its digital future at the Leadership and Strategic Planning Forum, attended by the Chairman of Iraqi Securities Commission

His Excellency Mr. Faisal Al-Haimus, Chairman of Iraqi Securities Commission, affirmed in a speech delivered during the National Forum held under the slogan Leading the Future Technology and Human Capital as Pillars of Sustainability that digitalization is no longer an option, but has become a national strategic project that enhances efficiency, safeguards transparency, and expands the base of financial inclusion. He stressed that Iraq is steadily progressing toward building a developed economy based on conscious leadership and strategic planning.

His Excellency added that the timing of the forum reflects a deep awareness of economic and technological challenges and transformations, affirming that the future is not made by chance, but through will and planning. He emphasized that the insights and recommendations emerging from the forum will serve as an additional building block in the journey of an ambitious nation striving to strengthen its regional and international standing.
