The meeting shed light on women, the environment and climate challenges to be a major focus of the national strategy for Iraqi women to confront climate change and its implications, as an implementation of Iraq's national and international obligations
The meeting rises up the keenness of Women's Empowerment Department to carry out its tasks and duties to meet the challenges that hinder the march the development of Iraqi women in strengthening their capabilities in managing and confronting the risks of climate change and environmental pollution.
